LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (April 7, 2026) – Woodcrest Capital, LLC announced today plans for the 30th floor of its recently acquired 400 West Capitol tower, formerly the Regions Center, including a venue name, logo and general manager.
The building’s 30th floor debuted as home to Restaurant Jacques & Suzanne, Arkansas’s first true European fine dining, followed by the Little Rock Club, which operated atop the building until closing in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, the space will operate as the Skyline Event Venue, concentrating on weddings, wedding receptions, corporate and fundraising events, as well as other special occasions.
“We are extremely excited to bring life back to what was for decades Central Arkansas’s premier venue for elevated events with the Skyline Event Venue,” Jim Ryffel, founder of Woodcrest Capital, said. “There is simply no other event space with the visual impact we offer.”
Taylor Jacks has been hired as venue manager for the Skyline Event Venue and will also manage rentals of the corporate conference and meeting facilities on the third and fourth floors of 400 West Capitol. Jacks, a graduate of the University of the Ozarks, has 13 years of professional experience, including 11 years with Transitions Group, a national leader in corporate and executive housing solutions, where he managed their Arkansas, Oklahoma and St. Louis markets. Jacks most recently worked for Waymack & Crew, a Little Rock video production company.
“Bringing Taylor on board to manage this space while offering professional, attentive and courteous service will ensure that brides, wedding planners, event planners and corporate clients will have every need met when hosting an event at Skyline,” Ryffel said.
