LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (April 20, 2026) – Woodcrest Capital, LLC is pleased to announce its second major lease agreement is complete as Priority1 has expanded their footprint in the 400 West Capitol building by adding a second full floor to accommodate growth.

Priority1is a leading third-party logistics provider specializing in transportation and supply chain solutions. Founded in 1995 in Little Rock, the company offers a full range of freight services, including less-than-truckload (LTL), truckload, and expedited shipping, supported by a nationwide network of carrier partners.
