LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (March 24, 2026) – Woodcrest Capital, LLC is pleased to announce its first major lease agreement is complete as Deloitte’s Little Rock office chooses to remain as a full floor tenant in the 400 West Capitol building.
Deloitte, which provides industry-leading audit, consulting, tax and advisory services to many of the world’s most admired brands including nearly 90% of the Fortune 500® and more than 9,000 U.S.-based private companies, first moved into the building in 2017.
Woodcrest Capital purchased the 400 West Capitol building, previously called the Regions Center, in November 2025 with plans to invest heavily in new tenant and community amenities, including bringing life back to the 30th floor formerly occupied by Restaurant Jacques & Suzanne and the Little Rock Club. The company will be announcing a new, full-time manager for the soon-to-be named event space in the coming weeks.
Jim Ryffel, founder of Woodcrest Capital, said of the renewal, “Our team is fully committed to this newly acquired asset and Deloitte’s decision to remain at 400 West Capitol is a significant early step in returning the building to its position as the premier office building in downtown,” he said. “As we work with our exclusive leasing agent, Colliers Arkansas, to bring new tenants into 400 West Capitol, we will be aggressive with finish-out allowances, lease terms – including free rent periods for long-term leases – and even assisting with moving expenses. We are serious about increasing occupancy,” Ryffel concluded.
400 West Capitol was originally built in 1975 as the First National Bank building and was designed by local architecture firm Wittenberg, Deloney and Davidson, now known as WDD Architects.
