LITTLE ROCK (March 4, 2026) – Woodcrest Capital, LLC has announced Colliers | Arkansas as the exclusive leasing agency of record for the Regions building, the iconic 30-story office tower located at 400 W. Capitol Avenue in downtown Little Rock. Colliers Principal Broker Clark Irwin will be the lead leasing agent for the property.
The 554,882-square-foot high-rise, situated on a 1.93-acre site, has long been a defining feature of the Little Rock skyline. Built in 1975 by Barnes Quinn Flake & Anderson - a predecessor firm of Colliers - the property carries deep historical ties to the firm and to downtown Little Rock’s business community.
“Downtown Little Rock is at a pivotal moment,” Isaac Smith, Colliers president, said. “The Regions building represents a significant opportunity to attract quality, long-term tenants who are committed to the urban core. We’re excited to help breathe new energy into this asset and contribute to the continued revitalization and growth of downtown.”
Woodcrest Capital, a Fort Worth-based, family-run real estate investment office, recently acquired the property and is pursuing an aggressive leasing strategy with favorable and creative terms for prospective tenants. Jim Ryffel, Woodcrest’s founder said, “We are excited to partner with Central Arkansas’ premier commercial real estate firm and know that they will be a tremendous asset in helping us bring life and vibrancy back to this important landmark building in downtown Little Rock. As we add amenities and focus on the employee experience while offering unmatched lease terms to businesses, the reputation and connections of Colliers Arkansas will be invaluable.”
Colliers will lead leasing efforts at the property, leveraging its local market leadership, institutional resources, and extensive experience representing office landlords and tenants across the state.
The appointment aligns the leasing strategy with Colliers’ ongoing property management responsibilities at the building, creating a unified approach to enhancing tenant experience, increasing occupancy, and strengthening the asset’s position as one of Arkansas’ premier office properties.
